Door Knock Services

With Door Knock Services, we offer one on one consultation with all of your difficult clients. Our main objective has always been face-to-face contact with everyone we deal with. If contact with clients is not made within the first two visits, we will ensure three more attempts will be made at their residence.

In order to collect information regarding the client and the specified property, we will communicate with no less than two neighbors of the property in question.

Our services also offer a full assessment of the property.

The Door Knock Services include:

• Notation of license plate numbers, state, model and make of any motor vehicles that may be in the driveway.
  
  
• Information whether the property is available for sale, as well as the real estate agent name and telephone number.
  
  
• Notation if property or home is occupied.
